Scheduling Requests

Set it in advance and forget it: Schedule requests to go out at a specific date and time

Scheduling a LocalReviews request means that you are setting a specific time and date for a review request to be sent to a customer.

There are two ways to schedule a request - individually or in bulk.

Individually

1. Log onto your OneLocal dashboard here. 

2. Navigate to LocalReviews and click "Request Feedback" located at the top right of your screen.

3. From there, you can fill out the fields and at the bottom of the modal and click "Send Later (Optional)".  You will then be prompted to set the Date and Time you would like the request to be sent.

Bulk/Multiple

1. Login onto your OneLocal dashboard here

2. Click on the LocalContacts tab located on the left hand side of your dashboard.

2. Click the checkbox beside each of the contacts names that you would like to invite

Or click on 0 selected to select all contacts

3. Click Request Feedback and then click Send Later (Optional). You will be prompted to customize the Date and Time you would like the request to be sent.

Customizing Scheduled Requests

Customizing a request allows the user to send a unique message to the recipient. For an email, the user has the ability to change the typography and size of the text and write a custom message.

For a text message, the user has the ability to attach an image and customize the message.

Follow the steps below to customize a scheduled request.

1. Login onto your OneLocal dashboard here.

2. Navigate to LocalReviews.

3. Click Request Feedback.

4. Fill out all the fields as usual, and at the bottom of the modal, click the button that says Customize Message. You are able to type in a custom message. Click Save Message.
