How to Set Up Time Blocks

A quick guide on setting up time blocks within your LocalVisits Bookings calendar

To prevent customers from booking a specific time slot, we recommend setting up time blocks within your Bookings calendar. This can be used for lunch breaks or time off!

1. Log into your OneLocal dashboard

2. Click LocalVisits. By default, you'll be taken to the Bookings dashboard

3. Click on the Create button and then click Blocked Off Time

4. Select the specific date as well as the start and end times using the drop downs

Tips

  • Description: add a note about the blocked off time in the description box

  • Block off full days: Tick the box to entirely block off days

  • Repeat Every: To repeat this blocked time, click on the Repeat Every drop-down to select how often you would like the blocked time to reoccur.

  • Repent Ends: Click on the drop-down under Repeat Ends to specify when you would like the blocked time to stop repeating

5. Click Confirm

The blocked time has been set!
