Booking: Reassigning a Booking

Easily reassign a booking to another staff member!

It's easy to reassign a booking to a different staff member, or assign a staff member to a new unassigned booking.

You can also unassign a previously assigned booking! We'll show you how.

Let's get started!

Changing Who a Booking is Assigned To

1. First, log in to your OneLocal dashboard, and click on LocalVisits. It'll open to your Bookings dashboard.

2. To edit the staff member on a booking (Pending or Confirmed), first click on the booking. This will open it in the left-hand sidebar.

3. Click on the ellipses (the 3 vertical dots). This will open a menu, where you can click 'Edit'.

4. This will open up the Booking Details window. Here, you can select another Staff Member.

Note: you may be asked to reconfirm the service date and service time. If you need a reminder, you can look to the left on the greyed out part of the screen for the service date and time.

You can also easily unassign the booking by changing it to 'Any Staff Member'.

5. Hit 'Update Booking' to save!
