Booking: Adding & Changing Your Working Hours

Here's how to set the hours that appointments can be booked, and easily set individual staff member's working hours!

Editing your working hours is easy! If you need to make an adjustment, you can quickly update them to be sure all appointments booked through your Web Booker will only be booked during your current business hours. You also have the option to add extra shifts to each working day.

You're also able to adjust a staff member's working hours from the same page!

Editing your Business's Hours

1. To adjust your business hours, first log in to your OneLocal dashboard

2. Click on Settings.

3. Next, click on LocalVisits. Then, click on Bookings. Once you're in Bookings, you'll see Working Hours - click into it.

4. Here, you'll be able to edit your business' working hours for each day. In the Hours of Operation row, click 'Edit' for the day you'd like to adjust. Or, if you're adding a new day, click on the "+" sign for the day.

5. In the window that pops up, you can add or change that day's hours. Hit Confirm when you're done!

Editing a Staff Member's Hours

If you want to edit a staff member's hours, you can also do that in the Working Hours page too! Click on edit below a staff member's row, and it'll bring you to the page below.

Edit the hours for each day, or add extra days and set their hours in this area. Remember to hit Save at the bottom of the screen when you're done.

Adding an Extra Shift

Lastly, you can also add an additional shift for each day!

1. In the Hours of Operation row, click on the 'Edit' button for the day you're looking to update.

2. In the window that pops up, click the "Add an extra shift" button

3. Enter the shift's hours, and hit Confirm!
