Booking Email and SMS Reminders

A quick guide on the available email and SMS reminders your customers can receive for their Booking

Email and SMS reminders are a great way to notify your customers of an upcoming appointment or service. Below are examples of the type of default reminders customers will receive.

Booking Reminder

This email takes place 24 hours (by default) before a customer's appointment date.

We also have SMS reminders available:

Hi [contact first name], Just a friendly reminder that you have an upcoming booking with us Tuesday, August 4, 2020 - 10:00 am. Please find the details of your booking below:

- [Company Address]

- [Service Booking (with price and length of time)]

- [Date and time of appointment]

Booking Reschedule

This email takes place immediately after you have rescheduled a booking.

We also have SMS reminders available:

Hi [contact first name], Your booking for Tuesday, August 4, 2020 - 10:00 am has been rescheduled to Wednesday, August 5, 2020 - 9:00 am. Please find the details of your updated booking below:

- [Company Address]

- [Service Booking (with price and length of time)]

- [Date and time of appointment]

Booking Confirmed

This email takes place immediately after you have confirmed a booking.

We also have SMS reminders available:

Hi [contact first name], Thank you, we have successfully confirmed your booking. Please find the details of your booking below:

- [Company Address]

- [Service Booking (with price and length of time)]

- [Date and time of appointment]
