Booking: How to Customize Your Web Booker Flow

Adjust the look of your Web Booker pages, adjust the staff members displayed, edit the available services, and more!

You're able to customize your Web Booker's pages right from your dashboard! Here, you can adjust things like:

  • What your Page titles & messages say

  • Whether or not your staff members are able to be specifically selected for appointments

  • The contact fields you want displayed

... and more! Let's get started.

Getting Started

1. Log in to your OneLocal dashboard, and click on Settings.

2. Navigate to LocalVisits -> Bookings. Then, click on Web Booker.

3. By default, you'll see the Build page. To get started, you can click on the 'Select Services Page'.

4. That opens the window seen below, on the left. Here, you can customize the Page Title and Message. A preview of the Web Booker window can be seen in the image on the right.

Don't forget to hit 'Confirm' to save your changes!

Select Staff Member Page

5. Click on the Select Staff Member Page next. Here, you can edit the title and message.

You're able to select whether this page will appear in your Web Booker (by default, it doesn't).

You also have the option to enable the 'Any Staff Member' option, where your customer can select this if they don't have a staff member preference when booking their appointment.

Select Schedule Page

6. In the Select Schedule Page, you're able to customize the Page Title and Message. This will appear on the Scheduling page, in the same area as the previous pages.

Add Contact Info Page

7. Next, click into the Add Contact Info Page. Here, you'll be able to edit not only the Page Title and Message, but also select/deselect the Contact fields you want populated on this page.

To add new fields to this list, you can click on 'Contact Fields' in the window that pops up, which will take you to the page where you can add, remove or edit these. For more information on customizing Contact Fields, click on our help article here!

Booking Created Page

8. Lastly, you can customize the Booking Created Page. In addition to being able to customize the Page Title and Message, you can customize the Call to Action (the button) that appears under the booking confirmation.
