Keep on top of bookings for your assigned users! Once subscribed and you've connected your google account to the OneLocal dashboard, you'll be able to push assigned appointments to that individuals calendar.

Let's walk through how to subscribe to your colleagues calendars in Google Calendar.

To get started:

  1. Log into your Google Calendar to view your business calendar

  2. On the left of your screen you'll see 'Other Calendars'

  3. Click the '+' and select 'Subscribe to calendar'

    1. This will take you to a new screen

  4. Under 'Add Calendar' search for the email of the colleague that you would like to subscribe to by typing their email address and select them from the list

    1. This should be a colleague that will be assigned bookings in your OneLocal Booker

  5. Once selected, the calendar will be automatically added

  6. Click the back arrow (next to 'Settings') in the top left of your screen to return to your calendar view - you will see your colleagues calendar overlaid

  7. To remove the overlay, de-select the calendar on the left of your screen under 'Other Calendars'

  8. Repeat for all the colleagues you wish to push bookings too!

Watch the video below, we'll talk you through the steps!

Your now ready to connect your google calendar to the OneLocal dashboard!
