It's easy to adjust your Web Booker's Settings in your OneLocal dashboard. Here, you can do things like set the amount of appointments booked per time slot, set the time interval for your booking times, and adjust the minimum time a client can book in advance.

Quick Links:

Getting Started

1. Log in to your OneLocal dashboard, and click on Settings.

2. Navigate to LocalVisits -> Bookings. Then, click on Web Booker.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Here, you'll find all the Web Booker Settings. We'll give you a breakdown below on what each one does!

Min. Time to Book Closest Appointment

This refers to the time in between when the customer is currently booking and when they can book their appointment for. For example, if you set it to 2 hours, this will only allow the customer to book appointments at least 2 hours from now.

You can adjust this for as long or as short as you'd like! The period can be set in minutes, hours or days.

Max. Time To Book Closest Appointment

This refers to how far in advance a customer can book their appointment. For example, if this is set to 30 days, a customer can only book an appointment within the next 30 days, but no further in the future.

Booking Time Intervals

Here, you can adjust the time intervals of your appointments. If your appointments last 60 minutes, you can set the time interval to 60 minutes or 1 hour (your intervals can be set in minutes or hours)!

Bookings Per Time Slot

This setting allows you to set how many appointments can be set for each time slot. If you have multiple staff, you can match the number of bookings per time slot with the number of staff you have.

Staff Appointment Buffer Time

Under this section, you can set a buffer period for either Before and After an appointment (or both!). Use this to give to make sure you or your staff have enough time to prepare before, or debrief after, an appointment.

Enable Auto Booking Confirmation

Lastly, you can enable this so that any new bookings will be automatically confirmed.

Don't forget to hit 'Save' when you're done!
