Customizing your Web Booker's colours or updating your logo is simple to do from your Booking dashboard.

Our dashboard gives you the option to pick your colour manually, or enter the Hex colour code if you know it! These will be explained a little later.

Let's get started!

Getting Started

1. Log in to your OneLocal dashboard, and click on Settings.

2. Navigate to LocalVisits -> Bookings. Then, click on Web Booker.

3. Click on Design. Here, you'll see the option to add your logos to the Web Booker and to the emails that go to your customer. At the top right, you'll see the Preview button which you can use at any point after you've saved your changes (the Save button is at the very bottom of the page).

4. Under the 'Colour Theme' section, you'll first see the Primary Colour Set section. Here, you can adjust the colours that correspond with the Web Booker example on the right. In your dashboard, you'll see a preview of how it looks on mobile.

We use Hex colour codes, which are made up of 6 letters and/or numbers. For example, the Hex code for the orange bar at the top of this window would be: #f15f4b. To find a specific colour, you can download a variety of browser extensions to 'pick' the colour from your browser; or, this website is helpful in finding the code for various colours. Or, just select the colour manually by clicking on the field with the colour code!

To preview how your changes look on the desktop view, you'll need to save your changes and click the orange Preview button at the top right of your screen.

5. Under the Secondary Colour Set section, you'll see 4 more colours. These correspond with the areas notated on the Web Booker section. The dashboard page also lets you know how the Web Booker will look on a mobile device.

In this section, you can adjust the Secondary colour, the Secondary text colour, Body Text, and Hyperlinks.

Additionally, under the Button Colour Set section at the bottom, you can update the Button and Button Text colours.

You're done!
