eNotary stamp is a digital representation of the notary's ink stamp. It can be circular or rectangular. Here are a few tips to make sure the eNotary stamp complies with the State and platform requirements:

The eNotary Stamp needs to have the information specified exactly as indicated on the notary public's commission certificate:
- Notary public name
- Notary's commission number
- Notary's commission expiration date
Make sure the stamp is designed per the state requirements
- Includes all required wording
- Includes all required graphic elements
- Excludes all not allowed elements
The stamp is saved in a .png format with a transparent background since some notarized forms may have a colored background
Recommended stamp dimensions are 500x200 or 240x240
No vendor logo, no photo, nor any other additional information is included

Circular or rectangular. The stamp must have:

The phrase “State at Large” or the commissioned county

Alaska (AK)

Circular or rectangular. The stamp must have:

The notary’s name as it appears on the notarial commission

Arizona (AZ)

Circular or rectangular. The stamp must have:

The Great Stamp of the State of Arizona
The notary’s name as it appears on the notarial commission

Arkansas (AR)

Circular or rectangular. The stamp must have:

The notary’s name as it appears on the notarial commission

Rectangular only. The stamp must include:

Illinois (IL)

Rectangular with a serrated or milled-edge border.  The stamp must include, in the following order:

The words “Official Stamp”
The notary’s official name as it appears on the notarial commission
The words “Notary Public, State of Illinois”
The words “Commission No.” followed by the notary’s commission number
The words “My Commission Expires” followed by the commission expiration date (month, one- or two-digit day, and full year — e.g., January 1, 2024)

Indiana (IN)

Circular or rectangular. The stamp must include:

The notary’s name exactly as it appears on the notarial commission 
The words “Notary Public”
The words “State of Indiana”
The words “Commission Number” followed by the notarial commission number (formatted as NP0xxxxxx)
The words “My Commission Expires” followed by the commission expiration date
