Overview
Before you can connect JobDiva to OneUp, you'll need:
Your JobDiva Client ID
A JobDiva API username
A JobDiva API password
⚠️ The API username and password are separate from your normal JobDiva login details. Your standard JobDiva account cannot be used to connect OneUp.
Create a JobDiva API user
In JobDiva:
Navigate to Settings → My Team → Add User.
Create a new user account for your OneUp integration.
Make a note of the username and password.
Next, assign API permissions:
Navigate to Assign User Permissions.
Select the new API user.
Enable Only allow to access JobDiva API Calls.
Request your Client ID
Your JobDiva Client ID is separate from your username and password and can only be provided by JobDiva.
Contact support@jobdiva.com and request the Client ID for your OneUp integration.
What next?
Once you have your connection details:
If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, send them the details and they'll complete the setup for you.
If you're using our self-serve setup flow, return to OneUp and enter the details when prompted.
If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.
Reconnecting JobDiva
In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.
Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.
Find JobDiva and click the 🔒 icon.
Enter your Client ID, API Username and API Password.
Click Connect.
Check the connection
Once connected:
The integration status will show as Authenticated.
Data will begin syncing into OneUp.
Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.
Troubleshooting ✨
I don't have a Client ID
JobDiva Client IDs can only be provided by JobDiva. Contact support@jobdiva.com and request the Client ID for your OneUp integration.
My API user can't connect
Check that the user has the Only allow to access JobDiva API Calls permission enabled.
I can't connect using my normal JobDiva login
OneUp requires a JobDiva API account. Your normal JobDiva username and password cannot be used to connect the integration.
My connection failed
Double-check that your Client ID, API Username and API Password have been entered exactly as provided by JobDiva.
I've updated my API credentials
Reconnect the integration using your latest Client ID, API Username and API Password.
My data isn't appearing in OneUp
The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
