Troubleshooting ✨
I can't find my Database ID
In PCRecruiter, head to: System → API → API Settings
Your Database ID is displayed at the top of the page.
I can't find my API Token
In PCRecruiter, head to: System → API → API Settings
If you don't already have a token, click Add to create one.
My integration is connected, but I'm not seeing the expected data
PCRecruiter accounts can have access to multiple databases. Double-check that you've entered the correct Database ID when connecting the integration.
If the connection is using a different database than expected, reconnect the integration using the correct Database ID.
If you're unsure which database should be connected, contact our Support team.
My connection failed
Double-check that:
The Database ID has been copied exactly as shown
The API Token has been copied correctly
The Username and Password belong to the same user selected in the Impersonate User Name field
Using credentials from a different user may prevent the connection from working correctly.
I can connect successfully, but some data/users are missing
OneUp can only access the data available to the user selected in the Impersonate User Name field. If expected users or records are missing, check that the impersonated user has access to the required data in PCRecruiter.
I've changed my password
Reconnect the integration using the updated password for the user selected in Impersonate User Name.
I've created a new API Token
Reconnect the integration using the new API Token.
My data isn't appearing in OneUp
The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
