Overview
Before you can connect The Comms Guys to OneUp, you'll need a username and password from The Comms Guys.
These credentials are used to securely connect your account to OneUp.

Request your credentials
Contact your The Comms Guys Account Manager or support team and request:
Username
Password
Once these details have been provided, you'll be able to connect your account to OneUp.
💡 Keep a copy of these credentials somewhere secure. You'll need them if you ever need to reconnect your integration in the future.
What next?
Choose the option that applies to you:
If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, send them the details and they'll complete the setup for you.
If you're using our self-serve setup flow, return to OneUp and enter the details when prompted.
If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.
Reconnecting The Comms Guys
In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.
Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.
Find The Comms Guys and click the 🔒 icon.
Enter the username and password provided by The Comms Guys.
Click Connect.
Check the connection
Once connected:
The integration status will show as Authenticated.
Data will begin syncing into OneUp.
Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.
Troubleshooting
I haven't received my credentials
Check the status of your request with The Comms Guys. If they've confirmed the credentials have been created but you haven't received them, follow up with their support team.
My connection failed
Double-check that the username and password have been entered exactly as provided by The Comms Guys.
I've lost my credentials
Contact The Comms Guys and request a new set of credentials, then reconnect the integration using the updated details.
My data isn't appearing in OneUp
The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
