Vincere: Connecting your CRM to OneUp

Connect Vincere to OneUp using credentials provided by Vincere.

Overview

Before you can connect Vincere to OneUp, you'll need the following credentials from Vincere:

  • Your Vincere subdomain

  • Client ID

  • API Key

If you don't already have these details, contact Vincere Support or your Vincere Account Manager.

Contact Vincere

Raise a support ticket with Vincere and include the following message:

We'd like to connect Vincere to OneUp. Please provide our Client ID and API Key, and enable OneUp webhooks in the Marketplace.

Callback URL:

Vincere will provide the connection details needed to connect your Vincere account to OneUp.

💡 Keep a copy of your connection details somewhere secure. You'll need them if you ever need to reconnect your Vincere integration in the future.

Once you have your connection details:

  • If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, send them the details and they'll complete the setup for you.

  • If you're using our self-serve setup flow, return to OneUp and enter the details when prompted.

  • If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.

Reconnecting Vincere

  1. In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find Vincere and click the 🔒 icon.

  4. Enter your Vincere subdomain. Example: yourcompany.vincere.io

  5. Enter your Client ID and API Key.

  6. Click Connect.

  7. Log into Vincere if required to approve the integration connection.

Check the connection

Once connected:

  • The integration status will show as Authenticated.

  • Data will begin syncing into OneUp.

  • Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.

Troubleshooting ✨

I haven't received my connection details

Check the status of your Vincere support ticket. If the integration has been created but you haven't received your connection details, reply to the ticket and request a copy.

My API Key isn't working

Double-check that:

  • The full API Key has been copied correctly

  • There are no spaces before or after the API Key

  • You're using the API Key provided by Vincere

If you're unsure, request a new API Key from Vincere.

My Client ID isn't working

Confirm you've entered the full Client ID exactly as provided by Vincere.

My subdomain is invalid

Ensure you've entered the correct Vincere subdomain. This is typically in the format: yourcompany.vincere.io

If you're unsure which subdomain to use, contact Vincere Support.

My data isn't appearing in OneUp

The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
