Weekly Performance Reports

To stay on track of team and individual performances, use these reports during your Monday morning meetings or Friday afternoon wrap ups with key metrics such as jobs added, CVs sent, interviews arranged and placements made.

💡Top Tip: Change the values of your metrics to show targets so you can instantly see who’s hitting their targets and who might need a bit more guidance that week.

Individual Consultant Progress Reports

To stay on track of individual performances, create a report comparing how a consultant is doing week-on-week, month-on-month, or quarter-on-quarter. This is a great way to:

  • Monitor progress of consultants in general (e.g., bring these reports into 1:1s, monitor their learning and development and inform promotions)and use this to highlight areas of improvement (e.g., their activities may be high, but their conversions need some work).

  • Monitor progress of new starters (e.g., individual progress reports complement probation meetings and allow managers to have meaningful conversations and individuals to understand their initial performance.). See how to split the data here.

Team Comparison Reports

Want to see which teams are performing better than others? Then making a team comparison report is the best way to go! Seeing how your teams are performing at a high-level is a great way to get a snapshot of where you are as a business.

You can do this for teams within one office:

Or even to compare different offices (remember to set the offices as teams!):

💡Top tip: Remember that you can add people to more than one team! So you can always compare teams in different ways. For instance, if you'd like to break up one of your desks into different teams, you can then see which teams within that desk are doing well!

Conversion Reports

Want to have a good overview of the quality of work your consultants are doing but don’t want to do the maths and manual labour? Then conversion reports will be your best friend.

These are a fantastic way to highlight what good looks like, and to also bring to your attention who from your team might need some additional training and guidance.

You can create conversion reports for individuals:

Or conversion reports for teams:

Business Development (BD) Reports

In a market where business development activities are becoming more crucial to the success of your everyday recruiter, BD reports are a great way to monitor those activities and see where there are gaps that need to be improved on. This can be viewed on an individual, team, or company level.

💡Top tip: To see how your BD conversions are looking, add some conversion metrics to your reports. E.g., BD Calls : Client Meetings, or BD Calls : Jobs Added.

Performance Funnel Reports

To get a clear idea of what your performance funnel is looking like, use a mix of conversion metrics alongside your quantity ones.

Year In Review Reports

It’s never been easier to compare how the business is doing in terms of revenue by comparing quarter on quarter, or month on month, in a year. It all depends on what time period you’d like to review your revenue for!

Need a bit of guidance on how to get this breakdown? Don’t worry, we got you - check out our how-to article here.

Multi-Year Quarterly Comparison Reports

Want to see how you did in Q1 of last year compared to this year? Make a report for it!

Multi-year quarterly comparison reports are a great way to see trends across the team or business and compare previous years to the current year. You might want to compare activities, conversions, or even just revenue.

Timesheet Reports

If you’re working contract or temp roles and need to see all your approved timesheets for a specific time period, create a timesheet report for an easy overview.

Don’t have a timesheet system currently integrated with your OneUp? Get in touch with our CS team about available integrations at customersuccess@oneupsales.co.uk!

Min/Max/Average Reports

Make use of the min/max/average functionality on Performance Analytics to inform you of various things like:

Minimum: To see what your top performers minimum stats are, which you could then use as a benchmark for other consultants.

Maximum: To monitor which month last year was your best month for billings and use that to inform your forecasting.

Average: To see what your company's average performance is for revenue.

Example report showing average monthly revenue.

Last Activity Reports

Using Last Activity metrics you are able to see when a Consultant last sent a CV, added a Job, or logged a Placement for example which can then form the basis of internal conversations.

Drill Down into your Data

Reports are all fine and dandy, but guess what? You can dive deeper into your data to spot trends and get into the nitty-gritty of it all. This is where our analytics modal comes in handy. Find suggestions of what you can delve into using our analytics feature below.

For a step by step on how to group the data and apply filters, check out our article.

Grouping Placement Revenue by Company

To see who your most valuable clients are in terms of total revenue generated, view data insights on your placement revenue and group by company.

Grouping Total Placements by Job

It can be useful to group total placements by job, for either the company as a whole, or an individual recruiter, so you can identify any particular job roles that are being placed regularly, as well as and where your team needs to work a little harder to secure these..

Digging into this information can help your team focus their BD efforts on securing more of the job types that they’re most likely to successfully fill. It can also highlight areas where there could be some opportunities.

Grouping placements made with companies by job:

Grouping placements made by an individual consultant by job:

Grouping Interviews by Job

Want to get a snapshot of what candidates your consultants have already sent over for a job? Dive into the data analytics of interviews and group by job. It’s a faster, easier way to get the information you need without having to scour through your CRM.

💡 Top tip: You can also group by your consultant, and then group again by job!

Charts: Total Placement Revenue

Charts are a great way to visualise historic placement revenue trends at-a-glance. This can be useful when forecasting and setting future revenue targets, taking into consideration expected fluctuations.

Change the chart resolution to view trends as a daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly breakdown.

Charts: Jobs Added Trend

Recruiters may want to use charts to visualise their data for jobs added over a long period of time (i.e. multiple years) and have this data broken down into smaller timeframes (i.e. monthly), to spot trends in traditionally quiet periods so that they can plan their resources accordingly.

Tracking your OneUp Success

Mission & Leagues Success Reports

To monitor how effective your mission & leagues are at driving specific activities, create a report on the metrics used in the mission/league to compare how your consultants performed before the mission/league, with after.

This is a great way to:

  • See what incentives drive the best performance

  • See what types (e.g., BD focused, Placement focused) of missions/leagues get the best out of your consultants

Example: How your teams performed with a BD focused League (this week) vs when they didn't have a league running (last week).

OneUp Success Reports

Being able to see if your tech stack is providing you with the value you’re hoping for can sometimes be an ambiguous task. However, you can also try to quantify this by looking at how your team has done in the time they have had access to OneUp, compared to before, while indirectly taking into account other external factors, such as the state of the market.

💡 Top tip: Why not take it a step further and get all your reports sent out automatically to all the relevant people! Check out our how-to here.
