The Program History report provides a consolidated view of students involved in Industry-Recognized Credential (IRC) and Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs, including participation from previous years. Use this report to see a complete picture of student involvement in your school’s IRC and WBL programs, maintain accurate records, and support Perkins funding by validating the impact of your CTE initiatives.

Navigate to Iowa > Program History > Program History Report to access a complete list of students participating in IRC and WBL programs.

Step One: Select a program from the "Program History Record Type" drop-down list to view active students participating in that program.

Step Two: Click the "Print" button to save the report as a printable PDF, or click the "Export" button to save it as a CSV file.

Helpful Tip: If recent changes are not displayed, click the “Refresh” button to update the report.

Fun Fact: The Program History report pulls data from the Programs tab on the View Student Data page to display program type, subject area, WBL experiences, and IRC credentials from current and prior years—providing a comprehensive view of each student’s program participation.
