When sending a long text message in jmc Office, jmc will text a hyperlink to a webpage to prevent your provider from breaking up your text message into smaller pieces. The linked webpage displays your entire message for students, families, and other contacts and includes your school's logo so families know who the text is from!
To upload your school's logo, log in to jmc Office and head to File > Administrator Options.
Step One: Click the "Phone Dialer Settings" link in the "Phone Settings" box to set information pertaining to text messages.
Step Two: Click the “Custom Logo” button to add your school's logo to the message's webpage.
Step Three: Click the "Select" button to select an image from your computer to use as your custom logo.
Fun Fact: After clicking the “Select” button, a window will pop up allowing you to navigate to the saved file on your computer to select and open.
Helpful Tip: Make sure you are selecting a *.jpg, *.jpeg, or *.png file. For best results, choose a file that is close to 190 pixels wide and 72 pixels tall and under 256Kbytes in size to ensure optimal fit on the message's webpage.
