Manage scheduled messages

Do you have a scheduled text or voice message that you need to edit before it is sent? No problem!

After you send out or schedule your messages, monitor their delivery progress and time for messages that are currently being sent or are scheduled to go out. View all the messages in progress see how many have been delivered and how many are still left to go! You can even edit the date and/or time for a future scheduled message. And finally, delete a message you no longer need to send.

To view and manage your scheduled messages, log in to jmc Office and head to Message Center > Message Status.

Step One: Click the "Edit" button on the message you want to edit details for.

Helpful Tip: You cannot edit the content of the message on the Message Status screen. The only way to edit the content is to delete it from this page and create a new message.


Step Two: Enter the time and/or date of the message being sent in the "Scheduled Time" fields.

Step Three: Click the "Update" button to save your changes or the "Cancel" button to discard them.

Step Four (optional): Click the "Delete" button to delete the message before it is sent out.

Fun Fact: Deleting a message is permanent! You will have to create the message again before scheduling it to be sent out.

Helpful Tip: This page will be empty until there is a message in the queue.
