Use the Scores Grid report in jmc Teacher to monitor your students' performance within specific date ranges. View all students in your class, along with the assignments and corresponding grades for the selected date range in a user-friendly grid view to track student progress and make well-informed teaching decisions.

To run a "Scores Grid" report, navigate to Reports > Scores Grid in jmc Teacher.

Step One: Select the class to run a "Scores Grid" report using the "Courses" drop-down list.

Step Two: Enter the "From Date" and "To Date" in the appropriate fields to specify the date range for the report or simply click the calendar icons. Only assignments on or between the dates entered in the fields will be included in the report.

Step Three: Select the appropriate radio button to indicate if the report will be listed with student numbers or student names.

  • Student Name: displays a list of scores by student names.

  • Student Number: displays a list of scores by student number to maintain confidentiality.

Step Four: Click the "Preview" button to access the "Scores Grid" report, which displays student scores in a gradebook-style format, featuring students' names on the left, their overall course grade next to their names, and assignment grades listed under the respective assignment titles.

Step Five: Click the "Print" button to print the report or the "Export" button to export it to a CSV file for future reference.
