How to use the Email Communication Templates

Learn how to select, edit, and send email templates through the Send an Email feature to quickly communicate with your classes.

Overview

You can easily use pre-built templates to save time when sending emails to your classes. Here’s how:

Accessing Email Templates

  1. In your web app, go to the Send an Email feature.

  2. Click New Message.

  3. Select the class or classes you want to email.

Choosing and Editing a Template

  • Use the dropdown menu to choose an email template from the list.

  • The left-hand window allows you to edit the email content.

  • The right-hand window shows a live preview of the email as you make changes.

Sending Your Email

Once you’re happy with the email:

  • Click Review, double-check your message, and then

  • Click Send to deliver it to your selected classes.
