Adding Property Notes
You can create, view, pin, and change the priority note from high to low on your property notes.
Step 1:
On your property, go to the Notes tab.
Step 2:
Click the box provided on the screen.
Step 3:
Start typing your note details.
Step 4:
Click the Add button or from your keyboard, SHIFT + ENTER to submit.
Managing Notes
The Sort Order button is to rearrange the notes in order.
Notes Title also includes the user who created a note, the date, and the time it was made.
Pinned, EX (Exclude), and Delete is to pin the note as necessary to the top, exclude it from the agent and client role users, and delete a message.
Priority Status is to set the note in HIGH, MED, or LOW
Property notes can also be found in your dashboard in the upper right corner of your screen beside the notification bell icon.
