Every Fan Profile brings together fan data, engagement history, transactions, conversations, and activity in one place. The richer a Fan Profile becomes, the more context you have to build stronger fan relationships and make better campaign decisions.
Fan Profiles sit at the center of your fan graph. They help you understand not just how many fans you have, but how engaged each fan is.
🟢 Top tip: The most valuable Fan Profiles are built over time. Every signup, purchase, click, poll response, upload, and conversation adds more context to the fan relationship.
