The Fanpage is your link-in-bio and mobile landing page on Openstage. Use it to give fans one place to join your world, access your music, find your tour dates, shop your merch, and more.
🟡 Please note: Fan HQ is the next generation of the Fanpage and is now the recommended home for your fans on Openstage. If you are setting up for the first time, see Build your Fan HQ. If you have an existing Fanpage and want to migrate, see Migrating to Fan HQ below.
Create your Fanpage
Navigate to Engage > Fanpage.
Click Publish. Your Fanpage is generated automatically with your social links pulled from Artist Settings.
Design tab
Use the Design tab to control the look and feel of your Fanpage -- color scheme, profile image, banner image, and font.
🟢 Top tip: Update your Fanpage design to match your current campaign. A consistent color scheme and font across your socials, broadcasts, and Fanpage creates a unified feel for fans.
⚪ Note: Click Save to preview your changes. Changes are not live until you click Publish - this means you can prepare a new design in draft ahead of a campaign and publish it alongside your campaign messaging.
Content tab
The Content tab is where you build out your Fanpage. Add, remove, and reorder content blocks to customize the layout.
Click the + icon to add a new content block. For each block:
Toggle the slider in the top left corner to show or hide the block from public view.
Use the arrow keys in the top right corner to reorder blocks.
Click the trash icon to delete a block.
🟢 Top tip: Use your Fanpage as your single link-in-bio. With everything in one place, you can arrange content in order of importance and ensure fans always find something relevant - even when arriving from an older post.
Subscriptions
The Subscriber tab lets you configure a subscriber-only zone for your fan club.
Toggle Allow new subscribers? to make the subscription zone visible to fans and open sign-ups.
Toggle Allow donations? to let fans donate. A default donation amount can be set once enabled.
Add a description, a call to action for the subscribe button, and a message that subscribers see when they log in.
🟢 Top tip: Name your subscriber zone something unique that reflects your fan community - it should feel like your own fan club, not a generic membership page.
⚪ Note: To manage subscription tiers and subscriber content, navigate to Engage > Subscriber content. Adding /zone as a suffix to your Fanpage URL links fans directly to your subscriber content.
Settings tab
Use the Settings tab to configure the finer details of your Fanpage.
Password protection - add a password to restrict access. Recommended only for sharing draft pages with your team ahead of a public launch.
Hide profile - removes the Profile button from the top right of the Fanpage.
Data collection
Configure what data you ask fans for when they use the sign-up element on your Fanpage.
Third-party analytics
Add Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel IDs for end-to-end fan tracking of ad campaigns.
⚪ Note: Third-party analytics on the Fanpage are currently limited to referral URLs only.
Migrating to Fan HQ
Fan HQ replaces the Fanpage as the home for your fans on Openstage. If you have an existing Fanpage, you can import your header, branding, and content blocks directly into Fan HQ using the Import from Fanpage tool - no need to rebuild from scratch.
To get started, see Build your Fan HQ. The Import from Fanpage option is available from the three dots menu in the bottom left corner of the Fan HQ builder.
🟢 Top tip: Build and publish your Fan HQ before switching so fans always have somewhere to land.
