What you’re experiencing is related to how the biosensor powers on and indicates its charge status.
The biosensor does not have a traditional “on” button, so it may seem like it isn’t turning on at first.
To get started, please ensure your sensor is charged:
Plug your sensor into the charger included in your biosensor kit, making sure the USB icon is facing upwards.
The sensor will show a red light while charging
A full charge can take up to 2 hours
Once fully charged, the red light will turn off completely

To confirm the sensor is turning on:
Place two fingers on the metal nodes on the back of the sensor. This will activate Bluetooth pairing.
If the sensor has power, you should see a blinking blue light, which confirms it is on and working.
It’s also worth noting that the biosensor will only appear in the app once Bluetooth has been activated, either by touching the nodes or attaching it to the belt.
