What you’re experiencing is something related to how the biosensor indicates its charge status.
The biosensor only shows a red light while it’s actively charging. Once it’s fully charged, the light turns off completely, which can make it seem like it’s not working, even though it actually has power.
To confirm whether your biosensor is charged, you can do a quick check:
Place two fingers on the metal nodes on the back of the sensor. This will activate Bluetooth pairing. If the sensor has any charge, you should see a blinking blue light.
It’s also worth noting that the biosensor will only appear in the app once Bluetooth has been activated, either by touching the nodes or attaching it to the belt.
