My Biosensor Always Has Low Battery

What you’re experiencing is something related to how the biosensor is charged or activated between uses.

The biosensor can sometimes appear to have low battery if it hasn’t been fully charged, or if it’s being activated frequently (even briefly), which can gradually drain power.

Please also confirm the following to correct this low battery issue:

  1. The biosensor’s red light appeared (even breifly) while charging and then turned off. This indicates the biosensor is fully charged.

  2. You are using the original charger provided in your biosensor kit.

Plug your sensor into the charger included in your biosensor kit, making sure the USB icon is facing upwards.

  • The sensor will show a red light while charging

  • A full charge can take up to 2 hours

  • Once fully charged, the red light will turn off completely
