Will an individual be automatically notified if (s)he is selected for game notification of game changes after the selected date but not listed in Field Permit Group Contacts?
Yes, simply by virtue of their "Club" hat, club administrators who have that block checked off will be notified.
The field permit contacts get notified if the change involves a field they have a permit for, irrespective of what clubs are playing in the game.
Anytime you make a game edit, you will see the list of who is notified, however, not the reason they are notified, which could be multiple.
