Update your account details

Currently, Panda Mobile has two marketing websites offering different packages and plans. While most basic services and features are similar across both sites, pricing and certain advanced features vary depending on the plan you choose.

Panda Mobile will soon be migrating all services to pandacellular.com. In the meantime, both websites remain active and available. The steps outlined below serve as a guide for updating your name, email address, and password, depending on which website you used to create your account.

If the account was created on pandamobile.com

Update Your Name

  1. Sign in to your Panda Mobile account.

  2. Click on the profile icon (the silhouette) in the top right corner.

  3. Click on your current name, and a field will appear for you to enter the new name.

  4. Save the changes to update your name across your account


Update Your Email Address

  1. Sign in and go to Profile settings by clicking on the profile icon.

  2. Select your current email address to prompt a field for entering your new email address.

  3. Check your inbox for a verification email sent to your new address. Open this email and click Confirm to complete the update.


Change Your Password

  1. Sign in and go to Profile settings by clicking on the profile icon.

  2. Select Password and enter your current password. Then, type and confirm your new password.

  3. Save the changes to update your password.

If the account was created on pandacellular.com

Update Your Name or Email Address

  1. Sign in to your Panda Mobile Account.

  2. Click the arrow in the light teal box at the upper left of your landing page.

  3. Go to My Profile. Under Personal Information, you can modify your name or email address by clicking Edit.

  4. Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to update your information.


Change Your Password

  1. Sign in to your Panda Mobile Account.

  2. Click the arrow in the light teal box at the upper left of your landing page.

  3. Go to My Profile. Under Security, you can modify or reset your password by clicking Edit.

  4. Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to update your password.
