What should I do if my package arrived at customs in my country?

Every export package will go through customs, customs clearance will conduct a series of processes, and the processing time varies from country to country, please do not worry.
In this status, it is suggested that you contact the local customs to verify the status of the package, the customs may need your cooperation in customs clearance before continuing to process. This will help you to receive the package as soon as possible.
Why can't we help you verify the status of the package?
Because if the investigation is conducted from China, the feedback on international parcels will take a long time, which will delay processing time resulting in the package being returned. When the package is in overseas customs, only the recipient can assist in customs clearance.

What should I do if customs contact me to provide an invoice for the package?

What should I do if the customs requires me to pay taxes or confiscates/returns my package?
