Learn how to set up a quarterly pay run in Payroller

Learn how to set up quarterly pay runs in Payroller with the simple guide below.

If you're a micro-business and want to report quarterly, you can do so with Payroller.

Step 1: Click the company name in the upper left corner.

Step 2: Select 'Settings'.

Step 3: Choose 'Payroll & STP'.

Step 4: Select the Pay Period drop down menu.

Step 5: Change this to 'Quarterly'.

Step 6: Click 'Save Changes'.

Step 7: The quarterly period will be set by default for your next pay run.

This process doesn't differ in any way. Just make sure you add the correct amounts for that quarter.
