If you have lost your phone or you are changing phones, you will need to set up a new QR code.

Log in to payroller.com

Select "Lost your authenticator?"

You should have received an email.

If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or security settings to make sure emails from payroller have not been blocked

Select 'Reset 2FA'

This will take you to the login page. Log into your account

You should now see the new QR code for you to scan.
