September is a busy time for everyone in education, as we are more than confident you already know. We want to start the new academic year the right way, and as such we want to ensure your Till system is as eager to start as you are.

Below is a basic checklist of actions to perform on your Till system; ahead of your first service.
Checklist Actions - your POS (iPads)
Make sure your Tills are charged or plugged into a power source
Turn on your Tills
Make sure your Tills are connected to your Wifi
Login and unlock the Till with your passcode
Refresh the Logo on all Tills to refresh your data
Need POS new user training or refresher? - watch the video
Make sure any updates that have been downloaded and are installed on all the Tills - here's how to check
Open the Sum-Up Till App
Make sure your card readers are on, connected and working (if applicable) here's how to reconnect
Test a transaction - You are ready to go
Do you need to increase your FSM allowance or Duty Meal allowances - In Tali >Manage Accounts >Click into the meals account, change allowance rate and save at the bottom
The sooner we are aware of a potential issue, the sooner we can act upon it!
