What does "on-hold" mean?

🤔 What Does “On Hold” Mean?

Sometimes you need to pause a project without losing your progress. That is exactly what the On Hold status is for. ⏸️

Putting a project on hold tells your designer: "I am not ready to work on this right now, but please save it for later." Your files remain safe and will be waiting for you whenever you are ready to resume.

🛑 What happens when a project is On Hold?

When you change a project's status to On Hold, here is what to expect:

  • Work pauses: The project moves out of the active queue and your designer stops working on it.

  • Progress is saved: You will not lose any files or previous versions; everything stays exactly as it is. 🔐

  • Easy access: The project remains in your dashboard under the "On Hold" tab for quick reactivation.

🛠️ How to put a project On Hold

Pausing a project is simple:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Find the project you want to pause.

  3. Click the three dots (...) to open the more options menu.

  4. Select Put On Hold.

🔁 How to reactivate a project

When you are ready to continue, go to your On Hold tab, find the project, and click Move to active. It will return to your active queue immediately. 🎉

✨ Quick Summary

  • On Hold means your project is paused but not deleted. ⏸️

  • No active work happens while a project is on hold.

  • You can reactivate it with one click whenever you are ready.

  • It is the best way to keep your dashboard organized. 😎
