Providing feedback on design submission typically goes one of two routes.

1. If a small revision is needed, click on the project using our point-and-click tool:

We encourage you to mock the design up as much as you'd like to obtain the revisions needed for your project. If the revision may need a higher level of communication, you can use the audio tool directly inside your dashboard:

You can also use a screen recording service and upload it inside of the project if you find it most appropriate. We recommend Loom https://app.intercom.com/ as it's an easy-to-use tool and allows for clear video and audio communication.

A revision typically takes a maximum of 24 hours to be completed. There are exceptions to this rule, such as when it is submitted on the weekend or is a more complex project type, and the revisions take more time. If you feel like the revision is taking too long either email support@penji.co or use the webchat on our website for support.

2. If you don't like the designer's work, simply request a new designer and we can find a better and more qualified designer for your branding. Please reach out to our support team for help. We have other designers available to help at a moment's notice.
