To help you train more effectively and understand what works best for your body, the Perifit Care app now includes Training Position Tracking.
This feature lets you record the position you’re training in and see how different positions affect your pelvic floor strength, comfort, and progress over time.

Training position matters, and this feature helps you use that insight to train smarter.

What Is Training Position Tracking?

Training Position Tracking allows you to:

  • Select the position you’re in when starting an exercise or Pelvic Fitness Test

  • Keep your training consistent by recording the position you're training in for every game or exercise

  • Compare results between positions to see where you feel strongest or most comfortable

This data is then used to enrich your Progress tab, Pelvic Fitness Test results, and All Data view.

How to Use Training Position Tracking

Select Your Training Position

Before starting a game or Pelvic Fitness Test, you’ll be asked to select your training position:

  • between lying down and standing for Perifit Care

  • between lying down, sitting and standing for Perifit Care+

This position will be saved for that game/exercise.

Change Your Training Position

You can change your selected training position before starting the next game of your workout.

Recalibrate When Changing Position

If you change your training position, the app will suggest a new calibration.

We strongly recommend recalibrating, as this ensures the sensors adapt correctly to your position and provide accurate readings.

How Training Position Tracking Improves Your Insights

View Progress by Training Position

In the Progress tab, you can see how your strength and consistency evolve depending on the position you train in.
This makes it easier to understand where you’re improving and what feels best for you.

Pelvic Fitness Test Metrics by Position

Your Pelvic Fitness Test results and KPIs can be viewed per training position, allowing you to:

  • Compare stats across positions

  • Track improvements over time

  • Identify the most effective position for your training goals

View Training Position in All Data

In Settings > All Data, each session or game includes the recorded training position, so you can look back and see exactly how you were training.

Everyone’s body is different. A position that feels easy or effective for one person may feel challenging for another.

Training Position Tracking helps you:

  • Train more consistently

  • Understand what works best for your body

  • Balance comfort and challenge

  • Make informed adjustments to your routine
