Various positions to enhance your training effectiveness

Updated over a week ago

Perifit Care

  • Starting Position: Begin by lying flat on your back with your legs slightly bent. This is the optimized position to keep the probe stable.

Perifit Care+

  • Starting Position: Start by sitting on a hard chair. This is the optimized position to keep the probe stable.

Progressing to Different Positions

Once you have mastered the exercises in these starting positions, we recommend that you train in the position that closely resembles the activity or situation you want to improve.

  • For Urine Leaks

If you experience urine leaks, it is likely beneficial to train while standing. Standing exercises help you engage your pelvic floor muscles effectively by working against gravity.

  • For Improving Sex Life

To enhance your sexual health, training in both lying and standing positions can be advantageous. Incorporate exercises in both positions to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles comprehensively.

Challenges of the Standing Position

Training in the standing position can be challenging and should only be attempted when your Kegel form is good and your pelvic floor muscles are strong enough.

Avoiding the Sitting Position with Perifit Care

We do not recommend the sitting position for training with Perifit Care, as it can be uncomfortable and may put pressure on the ON/OFF button.

We hope these guidelines help you get the most out of your Perifit Care and Perifit Care+ experience. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
