Some Perifit Care users may notice that the base of their probe feels looser than before, appears slightly misaligned, or seems to have "separated" internally.
This can sometimes happen after hearing a click sound and may be accompanied by symptoms such as:
the base feeling more flexible or bendy than usual
occasional disconnections
movements not being detected as accurately as before
In most cases, this is a simple mechanical dislocation that can be corrected at home.

How to Tell if the Probe Has Snapped
Your probe may have experienced a mechanical snap if:
you heard a click sound
the white base looks slightly shifted out of place
there appears to be a small space between the white base and the lower sensor
the probe remains fully intact (no opening, cracks, gaps, or broken parts)
This is a mechanical dislocation, not physical damage.
In many cases, it does not affect the probe's sensors and can be resolved by snapping the base back into position.
How to Snap the Base Back Into Place
Hold the probe firmly in your hand.
Gently push the lower part of the white base toward the opposite side.
You should hear a click sound.
Check that the base has returned to its normal position.
Once the base is back in place, we recommend testing the sensors to make sure everything is functioning correctly.
How to Check the Sensors
Open the Practice Lab in the Exercises tab of the Perifit Care app.
Hold the probe in your hand
Press the bottom sensor. The bottom sensor measures pressure along the front-to-back axis of the probe (the same axis as the lotus LED and power button). Does the green line move upward?
Next, press the top sensor. The top sensor measures pressure from side to side. Does the red line move upward?
If the green line moves when pressing the bottom sensor, and the red line moves when pressing the top sensor, everything is good and your probe is functioning normally.
If the sensors don't behave as described in point 5, or if you experience disconnections in game or any other unusual behavior, please contact our support team via the ? button of the app's main screen for assistance.
