I can't connect Perifit to the app

How to seamlessly connect Perifit Care to the app

Updated yesterday

Here is a short troubleshooting process to attempt a new connection:

  1. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone

  2. Make sure that Perifit App has Bluetooth authorization on your device. Go to your phone or tablet settings > Security and Privacy > Bluetooth > Check that Perifit app is enabled to use Bluetooth.

  3. Location Services are turned ON: This is required on some devices, especially certain Android models, even on recent OS versions.

  4. Don’t try to pair the probe via phone Bluetooth settings: Perifit should not be paired manually from your phone’s Bluetooth menu. You only need to make sure Bluetooth is ON — the connection happens directly inside the Perifit Care app. If you see “Perifit” listed in your Bluetooth devices, you can ignore it.

  5. Disconnect other Bluetooth devices currently connected from your phone's settings.

  6. Close the app completely (iOS: tap and maintain the app page on your screen + swipe up to remove it. Android: (double) tap the central button and tap the closing arrow).

  7. Turn on Perifit (keep it in your hands). The LED should flash. If not, let me know.

  8. Re-open Perifit app

  9. From the app tab "Today", tap "Start". The app will attempt to connect to your Perifit.

Is the connection successful?

If not, try restarting your phone and try the above process again. This will help reset the Bluetooth parameters on your phone.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team via the ? button of the app's main screen for assistance.
