Sometimes, using your Perifit Care(+) the usual way isn’t possible, whether you’re short on time, want to rest your eyes, or simply need a different type of session.

The Train Differently section offers alternative exercises designed to adapt to your daily routine and training preferences.

What Exercises Are Included?

Probeless Exercise

Train without your Perifit Care(+) probe

The Probeless Exercise is a simple Kegel timer designed for moments when you can’t train with your Perifit Care(+) probe.

It guides you through pelvic floor contractions and relaxation phases without needing to insert the device.

Duration: 50 seconds

This is a great option if you:

  • don’t have your probe with you

  • want a quick training session

  • prefer a simple exercise format

Audio Exercise

Train without looking at your screen

The Audio Exercise allows you to train using audio guidance only, so you can give your eyes a break and focus entirely on your pelvic floor exercises.

You simply listen to the instructions and follow along at your own pace.

Duration: No time limit

This is ideal if you:

  • want to rest your eyes

  • prefer voice-guided training

  • want a more relaxed training experience

Breathe & Lift

Coordinate your breath and pelvic floor

Breathe & Lift helps you learn how to coordinate your breathing with your pelvic floor muscles.

This short guided session is designed to help you:

  • build awareness of your pelvic floor

  • improve coordination between breath and movement

  • support strength and flexibility

  • find a smoother, more natural rhythm during contractions

Duration: 2 minutes

This can be especially helpful if you’re learning pelvic floor technique or want to improve relaxation and control.
