I Haven’t Received My Order

What to do if your order is late or hasn’t arrived yet

Updated this week

Waiting for your order can be stressful. We’re here to help you check where things stand and guide you on what to do next.

1. Check Your Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We recommend starting by clicking the tracking link in that email to see the latest delivery updates.

2. Keep Delivery Timeframes in Mind

Delivery times can vary depending on your country. Below are the usual shipping estimates to help you understand what’s considered normal:

Specific countries

  • France: 2–4 business days

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • United States: 2–6 business days

  • Canada: 3–9 business days

  • Australia: 2–6 business days

  • Italy: 3–7 business days

  • Spain: 3–7 business days

  • Belgium: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 1–4 business days

Rest of Europe: 4–10 business days
Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

If your order is still within these timeframes, it’s very likely on its way.

3. If Tracking Hasn’t Updated Yet

Sometimes tracking information can take a few days to refresh, especially shortly after shipment.

If you haven’t seen updates right away, there’s no need to worry. This doesn’t mean your order is lost. We suggest giving it a little more time, and the tracking should update again soon.
