What to do if you did not receive your tracking link

After placing your order, you should expect:

  • an order confirmation email right away

  • a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link, as soon as your order is shipped (usually within 1-2 business days from date of purchase)

If you did not get the shipping confirmation email:

  • Double check that the email address entered at checkout is correct

  • Check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails land there.

  • Reach out to our support team via the ? button of the app or email at support@perifit.co for assistance. Don't forget to include your order number if you have it.
