How can I connect WhatsApp with Perspective to set up messaging flows?

With the integration of WhatsApp Business into Perspective, you can automate messaging and improve communication with leads efficiently.

A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is designed for businesses and is managed through your Meta Business Portfolio. It allows you to send automated messages and marketing notifications using WhatsApp templates. Additionally, you can add important business information such as your name, opening hours, website, and contact details, ensuring that customers receive all relevant information instantly.

Connect WhatsApp Business Account with Perspective

  1. Go to one of your funnels.

  2. Click on ⚙️ Settings in the top left corner.

  3. Navigate to "WhatsApp Accounts"

  4. Click on "Link Account"

  5. A setup window from Meta will open – follow the instructions to authorize Perspective.

Once the connection is established, you can automate WhatsApp messaging flows.

Connect multiple WhatsApp Business Account with Perspective

You can connect multiple WhatsApp Business Accounts with different phone numbers to a single Perspective account.

Account Owners and Global Admins, who have access to all workspaces, will be able to see chats from every workspace. Users with workspace-specific roles, such as Workspace Admins, will only see chats that belong to their assigned workspace.

For example, if you work with multiple clients and each client wants to send WhatsApp messages from their own WhatsApp account, you can create a separate workspace for each client and invite them with a workspace-specific role. This way, each client will only have access to chats related to their own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number.

By linking your WABA to Perspective, you can automate WhatsApp communication, engage leads faster, and enhance the customer experience. 🚀

Create a WhatsApp Template

  1. Go to your funnel.

  2. Select the "Messages" tab in the top left corner.

  3. Click on "+ New Message"

  4. Select "+ New WhatsApp"


  5. Give your template a name and specify the template language.

  6. Click on "Create Template"

  7. Done! Now you can design your template according to your needs.

  8. Once your template is created, you can submit it for verification. Click on "Start Verification"

ℹ️ This feature is available from the Advanced Plan (Legacy) / Expand Plan (New) onwards. It can also be added via the Messaging Suite.
