How to set up Automation Conditions
Open the funnel where you want to use automation
In the top-left, click “Messages”
Choose the message (email or WhatsApp) you want to automate
Click on "Click to add rules"
Click on "+ Add rule"
Now choose the funnel variable you want to base the condition on (e.g. a specific answer, result page, ZIP code, etc.)
Save – and you're done!
💡 Pro tip: You can combine multiple conditions – for example, “Answer = A” and “ZIP starts with 80…”
ℹ️ Automation Conditions are available starting from the Business Plan (Legacy) / Grow Plan (New) onwards. It can also be added via the Advanced Messaging Suite.
In all lower-tier plans, messages can only be triggered based on lead status (in the CRM).
