Summary
You can view and download all your invoices in your Perspective account under Settings → Billing → View invoices.
Once your account is deactivated, you lose access to your invoices — download them while your account is still active.
If your account is already deactivated, contact support with your email address and invoice details and we'll send them to you.
💡 Download your invoices before cancelling your account — once deactivated, you can no longer access them directly.
How to view and download your invoices
Click the blue profile button in the top right corner of your Perspective account
Go to "Settings"
Scroll down to the "Billing" section
Click "View invoices" — all past invoices are listed here and can be downloaded as PDFs
Can I still access invoices after cancelling my account?
No — once your account is deactivated, you can no longer access your invoices directly. Make sure to download all invoices you need while your account is still active.
If your account is already deactivated, contact our support team and we'll send you the invoice you need. Please provide:
Your account email address
Invoice number and/or
The date or month the invoice was created
