What this is
Data Feeds is the inbox for information arriving from connected systems. It shows what is connected, what needs attention and how many imported records are waiting for a decision.
Nothing in Data Feeds is applied to farm records just because it arrived. Open the relevant feed and review it first.

John Deere feed
The John Deere card can show:
Whether Operations Center is connected
How many completed jobs still need a decision
When Phase last synced successfully
Whether the connection needs attention
Open the card to go to Reconcile. There, review the paddock, plan and products before confirming or ignoring each job.
If the card says Not connected, open the John Deere connection setup. If it says Needs attention, reconnect Operations Center before expecting new work to arrive.
CBH loads
CBH loads may appear as Coming soon. That status is informational: account connection and load review are not available yet. Do not rely on Data Feeds as a CBH delivery record until the card becomes available and connected.
If the count looks wrong
Open Reconcile and check all status sections, the active farm and the current search. A job that was confirmed or ignored is dealt with and is not counted as waiting for a decision.
If the last sync is old, check the Deere connection and refresh the completed-work queue. Include the farm, Deere organisation, expected date range and a screenshot when contacting support.
