What this is
Data Feeds is the inbox for information arriving from connected systems. It shows what is connected, what needs attention and how many imported records are waiting for a decision.
Nothing in Data Feeds is applied to farm records just because it arrived. Open the relevant feed and review it first.
Where to find it
On a phone, More → Data Feeds. On a computer, top nav More → Farm Operations → Data Feeds.
When John Deere work is waiting, the Data Feeds row in More says how many, for example "3 to review". There is no badge on the More tab itself.
Data Feeds lists John Deere, CNH FieldOps and CBH LoadNet. Each feed is one row with a label saying Connected, Not connected or Needs attention, what it brings in, what is waiting, and when it last synced.
John Deere feed
The John Deere card can show:
Whether Operations Center is connected
How many completed jobs still need a decision
When Phase last synced successfully
Whether the connection needs attention
Open the card to go to Data Feeds → John Deere, the Reconcile queue. There, review the paddock, plan and products before confirming or ignoring each job. The Work queue tile on Overview opens the same screen. With a big backlog, Match N product names says once what each John Deere product name means, and Confirm ready jobs (N) confirms the jobs that need nothing more, up to 100 at a time. Confirming a job needs the Record completed work permission, the same as Mark done. Anyone who can plan can still review, match and ignore jobs; for them Confirm stays off and says to ask the farm owner.
If the card says Not connected, open the John Deere connection setup. If it says Needs attention, reconnect Operations Center before expecting new work to arrive.
CNH FieldOps feed
The CNH FieldOps card reads whether FieldOps is connected, when it last synced and whether the sign-in needs renewing; tapping it opens the CNH FieldOps page. CNH never shows a number waiting on you, because nothing it sends needs a decision: paddocks are imported when you ask, and on Phase Ultra machine hours go straight onto the machines you linked. To link machines, open the CNH FieldOps page, press Load fleet, then Add to Machines; from then on their hours refresh overnight and keep their service reminders current, the way John Deere hours do (see Jobs And Maintenance). Connect CNH opens the CNH sign-in the way John Deere does; if the farm's plan does not include CNH, the reason shows as a message on the page. On the iPhone or Android app, the phone asks to open Phase once you have signed in to CNH; tap Open to come back to the CNH FieldOps page with "CNH FieldOps connected." On the CNH FieldOps page, Actions holds Refresh and Disconnect CNH.
Both connection pages, John Deere Operations Center and CNH FieldOps, show the connection in their header as a dot and words: Checking, Connected, Reconnect needed or Not connected. Disconnecting is under Actions on both (Disconnect John Deere or Disconnect CNH); it asks you to confirm, and imported paddocks stay.
CBH LoadNet feed
The third card, CBH LoadNet, brings in your delivered loads, with weight, grade and quality, exactly as CBH recorded them, with nothing to type in or upload. It reads Not connected until the farm is connected, then when Phase last checked CBH and how many loads are to sort, or Up to date. Tapping it opens the CBH LoadNet page. The loads themselves are in Yield Centre → Deliveries (see Yield Center), and Yield Centre → Actions → CBH LoadNet deliveries opens this page too.
Only the farm's owner or an admin can connect CBH LoadNet, change its accounts or disconnect it; the page calls this "the farm's owner or a manager". Everyone on the farm can see the loads once it is connected.
Connect CBH LoadNet
In LoadNet, let Phase see your loads. Sign in to LoadNet and go to Business details → Data sharing. Under Public, choose Phase Ag from the API consumer list and press Add API consumer. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and press Save. This is the step people miss: Phase can't see your loads until you save. If you deliver under more than one CBH account, do this for each one.
Tell Phase your account numbers. On Data Feeds → CBH LoadNet, type your CBH account number (digits only, like 12345678; it is on your LoadNet account and CBH statements). Separate more than one with commas. Press Connect.
The page then shows Connected, and your loads arrive after Phase's first check, within the hour; the first check brings in this harvest and last. A Deliveries tile is put on your Overview on that device. Phase asks CBH only for loads that are new or changed: every hour from October to January, and once a day at 8 am (Perth time) the rest of the year. A load CBH changes later, such as a regrade or a deleted docket, comes through at the next check.
Once connected, the page shows the account numbers, when Phase last checked, the loads this harvest and last harvest, the latest delivery, and any loads To sort, with a link to choose their paddocks on Deliveries. To add an account, share it with Phase Ag in LoadNet first (step 1, including Save), then press Change account numbers.
If the page says CBH isn't sharing an account with Phase, Phase has stopped showing that account's loads. Check that LoadNet's Business details → Data sharing lists Phase Ag for that account and that you pressed Save at the bottom of the page; Phase tries again within a day. If it says an account number isn't a CBH account number, check the numbers against your LoadNet account or a CBH statement and save again. If it says Phase couldn't reach CBH at the last check, there is nothing to do: it tries again within the hour.
Disconnect CBH LoadNet, and what Phase keeps
Disconnect on the CBH LoadNet page asks you to confirm. Phase then stops checking CBH and stops showing the farm's CBH loads straight away, and deletes them, with any paddock codes you confirmed, within the hour. If you want a copy, use More → Export everything first. Connecting again brings in this harvest and last. To stop CBH sharing with Phase altogether, also remove Phase Ag under Business details → Data sharing in LoadNet and press Save.
If you remove Phase Ag from Data sharing in LoadNet but don't disconnect in Phase, Phase stops showing that account's loads at its next check. It keeps them until sharing comes back or you disconnect, and the CBH LoadNet page says how to do either.
Phase never sees your LoadNet password, and can read your loads but not change anything in LoadNet.
Phase keeps only the parts of each CBH record it uses: the load number, when and where it was weighed, the crop, grade and net weight, its quality results, the varieties and paddock codes recorded with it, and whether CBH deleted it. It does not keep the payment, contract, marketer, truck or nomination details CBH can also send.
Your CBH information is stored only in Australia, is never sent to an AI service or used to train one, and isn't shared with anyone outside your farm. Phase Agent does not read your CBH loads. See the CBH LoadNet deliveries section of Phase's Privacy Policy.
If the count looks wrong
Open Data Feeds → John Deere and check all status sections, the active farm and the current search. A job that was confirmed or ignored is dealt with and is not counted as waiting for a decision. The Data Feeds count covers every season, while Reconcile shows only the season in the season selector, so switch season to find older waiting jobs.
If the last sync is old, check the Deere connection and refresh the completed-work queue. Include the farm, Deere organisation, expected date range and a screenshot when contacting support.
