Web Operation Steps
Step 1: Click on the top navigation [Buy Crypto - Third-Party] to enter the Third-Party page.
Step 2:
1. Select the fiat currency you want to pay with.
2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive.
3. Enter the fiat amount.
4. Choose a merchant and the payment method.
5. Click "Buy".
*Please note that the displayed receiving amount is for reference only. You will need to proceed to the merchant’s page to confirm the final amount.
Step 3:
1. Agree to the merchant’s disclaimer.
2. You will be redirected to the merchant’s payment page—please fill in all required information.
3. After completing the payment, an order ID will be generated.
Step 4: Once the order is created, the merchant will review it manually and deposit the cryptocurrency into your account within 1-3 working days.

The Third-Party deposit method is subject to a T+1 withdrawal restriction.

Q: Can I use someone else's credit card to purchase cryptocurrency?
A: No. Fiat purchases are only permitted using a credit card that matches the name on your Pionex account's KYC verification.

Q: Why is my card deposit showing "Processing" and not completing?
A: There are two common reasons:
Your card issuer declined the payment. - Please contact your bank directly for assistance. If your bank confirms the payment went through, request a fiat transfer proof from them and share it with us. We will follow up with our third-party payment provider on your behalf.
Our third-party service provider requires additional information - They will contact you by email with further instructions. Please check your inbox.
Q: Why did my card deposit fail?
A: Payment failures are typically triggered on the bank's end. Please check the following:
Card settings – Ensure that overseas transactions and online payments are enabled on your card.
3D Secure – Confirm that your card supports and has 3D Secure verification enabled.
Balance and limits – Make sure you have sufficient funds and that the transaction does not exceed your bank's per-transaction limit.
Bank policy – Some banks may restrict cryptocurrency-related transactions. We recommend contacting your bank to authorise such payments.
The third-party provider rejected the transaction, which may be due to age restrictions, a name mismatch, or exceeding purchase limits.
Q: Why did I receive significantly less cryptocurrency than expected after my card purchase?
A: In addition to the third-party provider's processing fee and on-chain transfer fee, your card issuer may charge foreign exchange fees and cross-border transaction fees. These bank-side charges vary by issuer and cannot be estimated in advance by Pionex.
Q: What is the difference in fiat purchase limits between KYC Level 1 and KYC Level 2?
A: All fiat deposit and withdrawal services on Pionex require KYC Level 2 verification. Users with only KYC Level 1 are not eligible for fiat services. We recommend completing KYC Level 2, or using cryptocurrency deposits as an alternative.
Q: When I try to purchase via AlchemyPay, I receive an error message "Account at Risk". What should I do?
A: This restriction arises from our third-party service provider, AlchemyPay. To learn more about these restrictions, please feel free to contact them at: service@alchemypay.org.
