What are Projects?

Projects are a group of services created by customers. Think of Projects like the folder where you can organize all of the services you'd like to order for a listing you're delivering.

From the Projects Overview page, you can get a quick glance of all of the projects you've created. You can view these in a grid or list. Each tile or row will display:

  • The name you've created for your Project.

  • The services you've ordered.

  • The vendors from whom you've ordered.

  • The total you have paid.

  • The status of the services ordered.

Once you enter a Project's page, you can see this same information at the top. You can also access the menu from the Actions button in the top corner which will give you the options to:

  • Dispute a project.

  • Rename a project.

  • Copy the project.

  • Create a template from that project.

You can quickly add a service to an existing project.

FAQs about Projects

  • Can I change the name of one of my projects?

    • Yes! You can rename a project by clicking the 3 dots menu in the corner of the project page and selecting "Rename Project."

  • Can I move a service from one project to another?

    • No, once a service has been drafted and associated with a project, it cannot be moved to another project. However, you can save it as a template to easily add to other projects.

  • Can I merge projects together?

    • No, projects cannot be merged together at this time. You can rename projects or remove drafted services that have not yet been ordered.

  • Can I cancel a service I've ordered within a project?

    • Once the vendor has accepted the service you've ordered, it cannot be cancelled.

    • You should dispute the project so our team can review it, cancel the service for you, and issue a refund to your Pixlmob balance.

  • Do I have to use the listing address as the project name?

    • You’re welcome to use whatever name works best for you as the project name. We’ve found most customers use the listing address as it’s the easiest data point to track across multiple platforms.

  • Can I archive a completed project?

    • Projects cannot be archived at this time and will be automatically sorted on your dashboard by creation date.

  • Can I sort or filter projects?

    • Not yet, although we’re working to add this option soon!

  • How do I change my favorite editors in a project?

    • While a service is still being drafted (not yet ordered), you can change the editor who will receive the work by selecting a different option from the drop down menu or returning to the marketplace to look for another editor.

  • How do I order a new service within an existing project?

    • You can add a service onto an existing project by simply clicking the + symbol at the bottom of the list of services, specifying the service you’d like to add, and then completing the order form.
