Accessing your favorite vendors on Pixlmob has never been easier!

To build your Vendor Team, simply:

  1. Save your favorite vendors by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner of the vendor's profile.

  2. From the Vendor Team tab, create a Roster.

  3. Select your primary (go-to, top choice) editor.

  4. Assign back-up vendors.

You can create a roster for each service you order on Pixlmob!

FAQs about Vendor Teams

  • Do the vendors know when I've added them to my roster?

    • No, the vendors are not notified when you add them to your roster.

  • How do I remove an editor from my roster?

    • In your roster, when you hover over an editor you’ll see a x button. When you click it, you will be asked if you’re sure you want to remove that editor from your roster.

  • Can I make notes about an editor in my roster?

    • Not yet, but we're planning to add this soon!

  • Can I add more than 1 editor for a service?

    • Yes! You can add as many vendors to your roster as you'd like.

  • Can I add the same editor to more than 1 service?

    • Absolutely!

  • Will an order automatically transfer to the next available editor in my roster if my primary choice is not available or declines the order?

    • No, the editor roster simply presets your options when you are setting up a project.

  • How do I find my roster when I’m placing an order?

    • When you create a project and add services, you will see any editors you’ve added to your roster as the top suggested options for your editors.

  • Can I save an editor from my roster to a project template?

    • No, a template is only about the service configurations. But it is almost as seamless as this. If you have an editor roster for a particular service and then you create a project with a template that has that service, you will see your editor roster.
