Each stage of your project will show a status and timestamp so you can stay in-the-know about what's going on with your work!

The statuses are listed with each service in a project:

  • Submitted:

    • The service has been ordered from the vendor and you're waiting on the vendor to accept the work.

  • Auto-Accepted:

    • The vendor has auto-acceptance turned on for his profile, so he automatically confirms receipt of all projects ordered from him.

    • This confirmation signifies the vendor has been notified of your project and should begin work on it soon.

  • Cancelled:

    • If the vendor is not able to complete the work or you cancel the service immediately after ordering it, the status will show as cancelled.

  • Due in...:

    • This status will show approximately when the order is due (as in "Due in a day").

    • When you hover over the status, it will show an estimation of when the vendor began working on your project. This timestamp is based on when the vendor accessed the assets you provided in the project.

  • Started uploading...:

    • When the vendor begins uploading your finished files, you'll see this notated within the status of the project.

    • You will not be able to see the uploaded files until the vendor marks the project as delivered.

  • Not Delivered Yet:

    • This will be the status if the service is late and has not been marked as delivered by project's deadline.

  • Delivered:

    • The vendor has delivered his work back to you!

  • Requested Revisions:

    • You've requested revisions to the service from the vendor and are awaiting those to be completed.

    • Once the vendor delivers your revisions, the status will once again show as "Delivered."

  • Disputed:

    • If you or the vendor has disputed the service in a project, the status will show as disputed.

    • The status will remain as "Disputed" until the dispute is resolved or the dispute is withdrawn and the work has been accepted.

  • Completed:

    • The work has been completed by the vendor, you've approved the work for that service, and payment is issued to the vendor.
