Make It Yours is the first step on your club onboarding checklist. It gives your club a recognisable identity before you invite members, and it takes about 2 minutes.
Uploading your logo
Tap Begin on the Make It Yours card.
Tap the logo upload zone. Your device's native image picker opens.
Select an image. A crop view appears with a circular crop indicator.
Adjust the crop, then tap Save Crop (gold button). To start over, tap Go Back (outlined button) instead.
Your logo is uploaded and previewed on the screen.
Important: Your logo must be a PNG or JPG, no larger than 5MB, and between 200x200px and 2000x2000px. If the file is too large, you will see: "Image is too large. Max 5MB." and the upload is rejected.
Writing your bio
Tap the bio input field.
Type your tagline. A live counter shows your progress in the format [N/40].
Typing stops automatically once you reach 40 characters, so there is nothing to trim.
The bio is a short tagline, not a long description, and like the logo, it is optional.
Finishing the step
Tap Complete Setup (gold button).
You are returned to the checklist. Make It Yours now shows a green tick, and a toast confirms: "Profile Updated 🎉"
You only need to complete one of the logo or bio to mark this step done. If you skip the logo entirely, your Club Page header shows a gradient placeholder with your club's first initial instead.
Editing after you have completed the step
Tap the edit icon that appears on the completed Make It Yours card. This opens your club profile with the logo and bio pre-filled, so you can make changes without losing your checklist progress.
Note: If you back out of the Make It Yours screen before tapping Complete Setup, whatever you have entered so far is saved automatically as a draft and restored the next time you open the step.
FAQ
What happens if my upload fails partway through?
You will see: "Couldn't upload. Try again." and the crop view stays open so you can retry without starting over.
Can I complete this step without a logo or bio?
No. You need at least one of the two, since completing either one is what marks the step done.
